Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 5 business days after receipt of payment.

Available destinations and shipping costs are shown during checkout.

The estimated delivery period will be shown before you order or in your order confirmation. Estimated delivery times are indicative and not guaranteed.

We remain responsible for the product until it has been delivered to you.

Returns

You have 14 days after receiving your book to tell us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase.

After notifying us, you have another 14 days to return the book.

To start a return, use the Cancel / withdraw from an order function on our website or send email: GrandTour@runthenetherlands.com

Once your withdrawal has been processed, we refund the purchase price and, when the complete order is returned, the cost of standard outbound delivery.

Please keep proof of postage until your return has been completed.
